Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Pharmacy to regulate pharmacy technicians; requiring the Board to adopt specified standards for approving specified examinations; authorizing a licensed pharmacist to delegate pharmacy acts to registered pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, and pharmacy technician trainees under specified circumstances; altering the grounds for disciplinary action; altering prescription drug labeling requirements; etc.
