Election Law - Baltimore County - Polling Places on College Campuses

Synopsis:

Requiring the Baltimore County Board of Elections to establish a separate precinct for voting on election day to serve individuals associated with specified institutions of higher education in the county; requiring each institution at which a precinct is established to provide specified facilities and services to the local board in connection with voting day activities; and making the Act an emergency measure.
