Eliminating Barriers to Enrollment Act

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to calculate the income of Maryland Medical Assistance Program recipients in a specified manner; requiring the Maryland Medical Assistance Program and the Maryland Children's Health Program to provide guaranteed eligibility to enrollees for 12 months and to provide presumptive eligibility to enrollees; etc.
