Establishing a Task Force to Study Prison Violence in Maryland; specifying the chair, membership, and duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to make legislative recommendations; requiring the Task Force to meet at specified times and places; requiring the Task Force to provide reports to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before specified dates; providing for staffing of the Task Force; and providing for the termination of the Act.
