Synopsis:

Requiring specified employees of the Town of Berwyn Heights to participate in the Employees' Pension System of the State of Maryland on or after the date that the Town of Berwyn Heights begins participating in the System; providing that membership in the System is optional for specified employees; providing for specified employees of the Town of Berwyn Heights to receive service credit for specified prior service; etc.
