Synopsis:

Repealing a provision requiring the Department of Human Resources to establish a task force to evaluate the burden on employers resulting from the development of a new hire registry, to report on its findings to the General Assembly by a specified date, and to report quarterly to the Joint Committee on Welfare Reform.
