Public Schools - Student Gang Activity - Records and Reporting

Synopsis:

Requiring public schools to maintain a record of an individual determined to be a school gang member and the incidents that precipitated that determination; requiring the record to include specified information; requiring a record of a public school student determined to be a school gang member to be a part of an individual's permanent school record and to be reported to an individual's teachers; requiring specified records to be reported to a law enforcement unit; and defining the term "school gang member".
