Limited Liability Company Act
Establishing the policy of specified provisions of law relating to
limited liability companies; providing that a provision of law that
may be changed by an operating agreement may also be changed by the
terms of the articles of organization; providing that a certificate
representing the interest of a member may be issued in bearer form
only under specified circumstances; establishing that rights and
conditions with regard to a limited liability company will be
enforceable to a specified extent; etc.
