Youth Camps - Fees and Inspections - Exemptions

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene from imposing a fee for the purpose of inspecting, monitoring, and regulating specified youth camps; requiring a youth camp to make a specified certification to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on or before April 1 of each year that all of the programs and activities conducted by the youth camp comply with applicable State health and safety laws and regulations; exempting a camp that completes a specified self-inspection report from inspection; etc.
