Synopsis:

Reducing the time period that specified individuals at least 25 years old who hold a learner's instructional permit are required to wait before taking a provisional driver's license examination; reducing the amount of driving practice that an individual at least 25 years old is required to obtain before taking a provisional driver's license examination; establishing additional driver training requirements for an individual who does not pass a provisional driver's license examination after making a specified number of attempts; etc.
