Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2010 - Dorchester County - Richardson Maritime Heritage Center

Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2010 to allow the matching fund required for the Richardson Maritime Heritage Center to include in kind contributions and funds expended prior to June 1, 2010; extending the deadline for the grantee to present evidence that a matching fund will be provided to June 1, 2014; requiring that the Board of Public Works expend or encumber the proceeds of a specified loan by June 1, 2014; etc.
