Vehicle Laws - License Renewal Without Driving Test - Limitations
Limiting the authority of the Motor Vehicle Administration to renew a
driver's license without requiring a driving test in those cases where
the licensee has not been convicted of a moving violation within a
certain period or the licensee can show good cause why the driving
test should not be required; and generally relating to driver's
license renewals and the driving test requirement.
