Vehicle Laws - Failure to Stop at Red Light - Points
Increasing from 1 to 3 the number of points assessed by the MVA
against an individual convicted of failing to stop a vehicle for a red
light if the light was red for more than 3 seconds but less than 5
seconds before the individual entered the intersection; and increasing
from 1 to 5 the number of points assessed against an individual
convicted of failing to stop a vehicle for a red light if the light
was red for more than 5 seconds before the individual entered the
intersection.
