Establishing a commission to study issues related to transportation in
Southern Maryland; providing for the membership and staffing of the
commission; requiring the commission to study specified transportation
issues in specified geographical areas and report to the Governor and

commission to make recommendations with regard to traffic congestion
and mass transit options in Southern Maryland; and providing for the
termination of the Act.
