Revising specified laws relating to continuing care retirement
communities; increasing the required operating reserves for specified
continuing care providers on or after a specified date; clarifying
that specified continuing care providers shall calculate operating
reserves in a specified manner; clarifying the differences between
disclosure statements for continuing care retirement communities and
standard assisted living agreements; altering the information required
to be contained in a specified disclosure statement; etc.
