Restricting the time period during which specified health insurance carriers may retroactively deny reimbursement to health care providers under specified circumstances; requiring specified health insurance carriers to provide a specified statement; prohibiting specified health insurance carriers from retroactively denying reimbursement or attempting to retroactively collect reimbursement already paid to health care providers under specified circumstances; etc.
