Crimes - Reckless Endangerment - Vessels

Synopsis:

Providing that the crime of reckless endangerment does not apply to conduct involving use of vessels; providing that a person who recklessly discharges a firearm from a vessel in such a manner that creates a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to another is guilty of reckless endangerment and subject to a fine and imprisonment; and generally relating to reckless endangerment.
