Synopsis:

Permitting specified individuals and biological parents to apply to the Director of the Social Services Administration to receive contact services; prohibiting specified biological parents from applying; requiring the Director to maintain a list of confidential intermediaries and to provide the list to specified individuals; requiring an adopted individual or biological parent to execute a specified agreement with an intermediary; requiring an intermediary to file the agreement with the Director; etc.
