Synopsis:

Repealing a provision of law that specifies educational requirements for a mortician's apprentice license; requiring that specified education requirements be met before an applicant appears before the State Board of Morticians for approval for an apprentice license; reducing the amount of time an apprentice must work and the number of embalmings and funerals an apprentice must assist with or participate in; reducing the amount of time that an applicant may spend as an apprentice; etc.
