Synopsis:

Providing that, on specified testimony by a party or specified other persons, a paid bill for goods or services is admissible to prove, without the testimony of the provider of the goods or services, that the bill is authentic and the charges are fair and reasonable; providing a specified exception; and providing that the Act applies to civil proceedings in the District Court and specified civil proceedings in a circuit court.
