Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Electrologists, on learning that an electrologist has opened an office, to inspect the office; authorizing the Board to take disciplinary action if the inspection is refused; setting the education requirement for an electrology license; and setting an examination requirement for the reactivation or reinstatement of a license that has been inactive for 5 years or more.
