Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to revoke or suspend for a specified period the driving privileges of a child found by the juvenile court to have violated drugged or drunk driving laws; authorizing the Administration to modify a suspension or issue a restrictive license; repealing a provision prohibiting the Administration, under specified circumstances, from assessing points against a child found to have committed specified drunk and drugged driving offenses; etc.
