Synopsis:

Increasing by $5 and $2.50 the amount of additional court costs that may be imposed on persons who are convicted of a crime or a violation of the Transportation Article which is punishable by imprisonment; requiring the Comptroller to deposit specified portions of the additional fees collected under the Act into the Maryland Victims of Crime Fund and the Victim and Witness Protection and Relocation Fund; etc.
