purposes of conducting visual surveillance of persons inside a private
residence on the property; providing that ownership is not a defense
if the owner is not an adult resident or the resident's legal
guardian; providing a defense for good faith reliance on a court
order; providing penalties and exceptions; providing for a civil cause
of action; defining terms; etc.
