Public Service Companies - Cost Allocation Manual - Periodic Revision

Synopsis:

Requiring an independent audit opinion of the cost allocation manual of public service companies in a specified manner when the companies file changes in their base rates, or make changes in their corporate organization or structure, to determine if the cost allocation manual is still accurate or needs revisions; limiting filing requirements within a period of time; providing for the responsibility for specified costs; and generally relating to a review of the cost allocation manual of public service companies.
