Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from removing or causing the removal of recyclable materials from designated bins or locations at the University of Maryland, College Park; providing that recyclable materials become the property of the University of Maryland, College Park when placed for collection in or near designated bins or locations; providing that a violator of the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not to exceed $500; etc.
