Landlord and Tenant - Security Deposits
Altering the method of determining the amount of simple interest to be
returned, together with the security deposit, to certain tenants who
have been evicted or ejected or have abandoned the property; and
providing that the simple interest which has accrued is the current
savings rate less one-half percent servicing charges, not 4 percent
per annum.
