Health Occupation Boards - Disciplinary Hearings

Synopsis:

Providing that certain evidence is inadmissible in a disciplinary hearing conducted by a health occupation board on the sexual misconduct of a certificate holder or licensee; and providing that consent is not a defense to sexual misconduct.
