Entitled:

State Board for Professional Land Surveyors - Qualifications for Firm Permit

Synopsis:

Allowing a professional land surveyor or a licensed property line surveyor to practice through a limited liability company; allowing a limited liability company to offer land or property line surveying services; specifying circumstances under which a person may operate a business as a limited liability company; and prohibiting an individual whose license has been suspended or revoked from practicing land or property line surveying in a specified manner.
