Emergency Medical Services - Fees

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Emergency Medical Services Board to set and charge fees to be paid by the applicants for the designation of trauma and specialty referral centers; setting standards on how the Board may set the fees; and specifying that the fees are to be put in a continuing, nonlapsing fund to cover the costs of maintaining the designation program.
