Prisoner Litigation Act

Synopsis:

Requiring a prisoner who files a civil action relating to the conditions of confinement to pay, subject to specified exceptions, all or a specified portion of the applicable filing fee; prohibiting a prisoner from maintaining a civil action under specified circumstances; requiring a prisoner who files a civil action to attach specified information to the initial complaint; allowing a court, prior to a specified event, to review a prisoner's complaint to identify any cognizable claims; etc.
