Synopsis:

Establishing procedures for determining if a person is a sexually violent predator; requiring a supervising authority to send copies of a registration statement to specified agencies and individuals upon a convicted offender's release or escape; requiring a registrant to register with a supervising authority on a specified date; requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to maintain a central registry of registrants; etc.
