Incinerators - Special Medical Waste - Inspection

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of the Environment, at a minimum, to conduct quarterly inspections of incinerators that accept more than 50 tons of special waste each day; authorizing the Department to undertake specified activities for specified purposes; requiring the permit holder to pay the costs; requiring specified permit holders to conduct and report on specified sampling of emissions; and prohibiting specified incinerator owners and operators from accepting more than a specified amount of waste.
