Synopsis:

Altering the disciplinary and regulatory authority of the State Board of Pharmacy; authorizing the Board to adopt a code of conduct for licensees; altering the grounds on which the Board may take disciplinary action against pharmacy licensees and applicants; authorizing the Board under specified circumstances to assess a monetary penalty instead of or in addition to taking other prescribed action; establishing a Pharmacy Review Committee to advise the Board concerning specified matters; etc.
