Authorizing the County Commissioners of Dorchester County to adopt an ordinance or regulations and take other action to protect a person's right to engage in agricultural and forestry operations; and requiring that before the adoption of an ordinance or regulations, the County Commissioners hold a public hearing following reasonable notice procedures.
