Eligibility - Calculation
Providing that a board of community college trustees is eligible for a
hold harmless component of State aid if the percentage change of the
direct grant to the board for the fiscal year compared to the board's
total state share for the prior fiscal year is less than the smallest
similarly calculated percentage increase of the grant for any of the
large community colleges; providing that the amount of the hold
harmless component shall be determined by a specified calculation;
etc.
