Requiring the clerk of the court to include a Maryland Sentencing Guidelines Worksheet with a specified commitment order under specified circumstances; requiring the Parole Commission to review the Worksheet under specified circumstances; altering the circumstances for victim notification and presentation of oral testimony at parole release hearings; expanding the category of defendants for which a victim may request specified notifications and proceedings; etc.
