Altering specified qualifications for licensure in acupuncture; increasing the number of clinical hours required to meet a specified acupuncture training standard; repealing specified training requirements that are either approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission, accredited by a specified national entity, or found by the State Board of Acupuncture to have a specified equivalency; etc.
