Income Tax Subtraction for Computer Equipment Donated to Private and Parochial Schools

Synopsis:

Allowing an individual or a corporation a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for computer equipment no more than two years old and valued above $1,000 for new equipment or $500 for used equipment that is donated to a private or parochial elementary or secondary school in the State that does not have an endowment greater than $1,000,000; etc.
