Criminal Analysis Laboratory System - User Fees

Synopsis:

Establishing a statewide Criminal Analysis Laboratory System; establishing the Maryland Crime Laboratory Council within the Department of Maryland State Police; establishing membership and certain requirements for the Council; establishing the Crime Laboratory User Fee Fund; establishing additional fees for violation of certain laws; establishing how the fees may be used; authorizing the Comptroller to deposit a certain amount of the fees into certain funds; defining certain terms; etc.
