Synopsis:

Requiring each public elementary and secondary school in the State to implement the use of school uniforms by all students in the public school if 51% of parents of students in the school approve of the mandatory use of school uniforms, pursuant to an opinion survey; and requiring each county board of education to assist the public schools in implementing the mandatory use of school uniforms.
