Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to order the payment of restitution to the Board of Education of Anne Arundel County by an individual convicted of specified crimes involving a destructive device under certain circumstances; requiring the governing body of Anne Arundel County to seek restitution on behalf of the Board under certain circumstances; and generally relating to restitution in connection with specified crimes relating to destructive devices.
