Requiring a State's Attorney to send specified notices to victims of crimes of violence; requiring the Maryland Parole Commission to notify victims of crimes of violence regarding predetermined parole release agreements with inmates; requiring a State's Attorney to notify victims of crimes of violence regarding postsentencing proceedings; requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services and Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to notify victims of crimes of violence regarding specified information; etc.
