Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Cosmetologists to set a minimum fee of $100 for issuing and renewing licenses and permits; requiring an individual to be licensed by the Board before the individual may teach cosmetology in the State; providing for the qualifications for and scope of a license to teach cosmetology; altering educational and examination requirements for obtaining specified licenses; establishing continuing education requirements for specified licenses; etc.
