Exempting specified owners of two or fewer rental dwelling units from specified requirements for accreditation, training, and fees relating to lead hazard reduction; and requiring the Department of the Environment to exempt specified lead hazard reduction activities conducted by specified persons in their own properties from specified practice standards.
