Hunter Safety Instructors - Complimentary Consolidated Hunting License

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Natural Resources or the Department's designee to issue a complimentary consolidated hunting license each year to an individual who is authorized to give hunter safety instruction, has completed at least 5 years of service as a hunter safety instructor, has maintained active certification as a hunter safety instructor, has taught two hunter safety courses during the preceding fiscal year, and has indicated an interest in receiving a complimentary license.
