Vehicle Laws - Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative License Plates

Synopsis:

Requiring the MVA to issue special vehicle registration plates commemorating the life of Martin Luther King, Jr.; specifying the classes of vehicles eligible for the plates; requiring, subject to exceptions, an applicant for the plates to pay the fee set by the MVA; requiring the fee to be at a level that results in a surplus after the recovery of the costs of issuing the plates and providing for the disbursement of the surplus; providing for the design of the plates; etc.
