Local Collect Calls - Rate Disclosure

Synopsis:

Requiring local exchange service telephone companies that offer local collect calling services to disclose local collect calling rates to makers and recipients of those calls at specified times; requiring specified telephone companies to disclose local collect calling rates on pay telephones; and providing that a violation of the Act is an unfair or deceptive trade practice subject to specified penalties.
