Entitled:
Income Tax Credit - Nitrogen Removal Technology for On-Site Sewerage Disposal Systems

Synopsis:

Allowing an individual repairing, replacing, or modifying an existing on-site sewerage disposal system to claim a credit against the State income tax for 50% of the cost of purchasing and installing nitrogen removal technology, subject to a $3,000 limitation on the amount of credit for any system and other specified limitations; limiting the total amount of credits that the Department of the Environment may approve for specified taxable years; requiring the Department to adopt regulations for administering the credit; etc.
