Synopsis:

Altering the criteria for suspension or revocation of specified fishing licenses and authorizations under specified circumstances; repealing a specified minimum suspension period; requiring that any revocation of a license or authorization be for a minimum of a 6-month period; requiring a hearing before the Department takes any action to revoke a license or authorization; providing that the penalties prescribed by the subtitle are in addition to specified penalties regarding striped bass; etc.
